Returns & Exchange Policy

At LAM, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

•⁠  ⁠Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
•⁠  ⁠Have all original tags attached.
•⁠  ⁠Be returned in their original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Be free from any damage, stains, or alterations.

Return & Exchange Fees

•⁠  ⁠Greater Cairo: 100 EGP
•⁠  ⁠Other Governorates: 120 EGP

Important Notes

•⁠  ⁠Partial returns from the same order are not accepted.
•⁠  ⁠Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery cannot be processed.
•⁠  ⁠Sale, discounted, or promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
